Refund Policy

Returns, Refunds & Damages

Because our products are handcrafted for one-time use and made fresh in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for subjective reasons (such as personal preference of scent, texture, or results).

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something isn’t right—whether your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect—please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for melted body butters or soaps. To help prevent melting, we recommend tracking your package closely and retrieving it soon after delivery, especially during warmer months.


Missing & Late Packages

Once your order ships, delivery times are unfortunately out of our control. You’ll automatically receive a tracking number at the email address you provided to keep up with your package’s progress.

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, you may be eligible for a refund of your order total (up to $100). USPS officially considers a package “missing” 15 days after shipment, so please wait until after that period to reach out so we can begin the refund process.


Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? No problem—just reach out to us as soon as possible.

Cancellations can only be processed if your order hasn’t shipped yet. If your order has already been packaged but not yet shipped, you may still cancel, but a small handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
