Because our products are crafted for one-time use we do not accept returns. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything looks off—whether it’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered—please reach out to us promptly and we’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Cancellations & Refunds


Need to cancel your order? No problem—just get in touch with us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
