How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends on the shipping option you pick at checkout. For the fastest delivery, go with Express or Priority shipping. Once your order is on its way, the delivery time is out of our hands—but we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way!

How long does it take to process my order?
We usually process orders within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), but we often try to ship sooner. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email.

Oops! I entered the wrong address—what do I do?
No worries! Contact us right away through our contact page.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet: We can fix it for you.

If your order has already shipped: We can’t change the address, unfortunately.

What happens if my package is returned?
If your order comes back to us due to an incorrect address, you can either:

Get a refund (minus original shipping), or

Have it reshipped if you cover the additional shipping cost.

What if my address is invalid or incomplete?
We’ll reach out to get an updated address. If we don’t hear back within 72 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
