Melting Disclaimer:

Because our body butters are whipped to a soft, cloud-like texture, they are sensitive to heat. We take precautions—like shipping with ice packs & thermal bubble mailers during hot temperatures—but there is always a risk of melting in transit.

If your body butter melts, don’t worry! Simply give it a good swirl to remix, pop it in the fridge briefly, and it will firm back up. While the texture will no longer be airy and whipped, it will still be extremely soft, smooth, and just as nourishing for your skin.

Please understand that we do not offer refunds for melted products-- if melting is a risk you don't want to take, we recommend our body oils instead!
